Production of disposable non-degradable plastic products in the prohibited listThe market supervision and management department of the people's government at or above the county level shall order the suspension of production and confiscate the illegal production of disposable non-degradable plastic products,And impose a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 200,000 yuan.; If the value of the goods exceeds 200,000 yuan, a fine equal to the value of the goods shall be imposed; If there is any illegal income, the illegal income shall be confiscated; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked according to law.
Sale of disposable non-degradable plastic products in the prohibited list, by the market supervision and management department of the people's government at or above the county level to order correction, confiscate disposable non-degradable plastic products,And impose a fine of 30,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan.; If the value of the goods exceeds 200,000 yuan, a fine equal to the value of the goods shall be imposed; If there is any illegal income, the illegal income shall be confiscated; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked according to law. Among them, retail vendors who sell disposable non-degradable plastic products in the prohibited list shall be ordered by the market supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level to make corrections, confiscate disposable non-degradable plastic products, and impose a fine of less than 1,000 yuan.
Transportation and storage of disposable non-degradable plastic products in the prohibited list, Disposable non-degradable plastic products transported and stored shall be confiscated by the market supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level,and impose a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan; If the value of the goods exceeds 100,000 yuan, a fine equal to the value of the goods shall be imposed; If there is any illegal income, the illegal income shall be confiscated.
The operator uses or provides disposable non-degradable plastic products in the prohibited list.The market supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections, confiscate disposable non-degradable plastic products, impose a fine of not less than 1,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan on the unit, and impose a fine of not more than 1,000 yuan on retail vendors.
Other than the provisions of the preceding paragraphUnits and individuals using disposable non-degradable plastic products in the prohibited listIf the township people's government or subdistrict office criticizes and educates those who refuse to make corrections, the market supervision and management department shall order them to make corrections and confiscate disposable non-degradable plastic products,Units may be fined not more than 1,000 yuan; individuals may be fined not more than 50 yuan.
