Operators of hotels, hotels and other places are not allowed to provide disposable plastic products on their own initiative, but they can provide related services by setting up self-service vending machines and supplying refill detergents.

Article 83 Producers and operators engaged in e-commerce, express delivery, takeaway and other industries shall abide by the national and local regulations prohibiting and restricting the use of disposable plastic products such as non-degradable plastic packaging bags, and give priority to reusable and easily recyclable packaging materials. Optimize the packaging of items, reduce the use of packaging, and recycle packaging in accordance with regulations.

Article 143 In violation of the provisions of Article 82 and Article 83 of these regulations, the production, sale and use of plastic products that do not meet the requirements shall be punished by the departments of market supervision, commerce and postal administration in accordance with the law on the prevention and control of environmental pollution by solid waste of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations and the regulations of Shenzhen Municipality on the classified management of domestic waste.
